lack of porter service

My kids wished there was a dedicated children's area at the pool for safety. Having to manage our luggage without a porter was a bit cumbersome too.

It was just a fitting option for an overnight stop in Mestre with good value for cost. The reception staff were very helpful and provided maps for exploring the area. Make sure to buy a vaporetto ticket for easy transport around Venice.

The location is unbeatable with a bus stop right outside, making trips to Venice effortless. Staff were incredibly helpful, from reception to dining. Enjoyed the complimentary champagne for our honeymoon and the spacious room with a lovely balcony. On the downside, the room's energy-saving feature requiring a card in a slot was a bit inconvenient for power use. Additionally, the breakfast price at 18 Euros felt steep, and the taxi from the airport was costly at 35 Euros.
